Shipping

Orders are processed Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM EST. Orders placed by 12:00 Noon are usually shipped the same day. Later orders normally ship the following business day.  Fun n' Fancy ships from Maryland.

Fun n’ Fancy uses UPS or Federal Express to offer the following shipping methods:

STANDARD SHIPPING
Gifts usually arrive within 5-7 business days

OVERNIGHT
Gifts arrive the next business day after ship date

Shipping cost is determined by the weight and dimensions of the gift.  UPS shipping costs for various shipping methods are displayed on the checkout page. 

Gifts are delivered on business days unless Saturday delivery is specified for an additional charge.

Shipping prices quoted are for shipments within the continental United States.

ORDER TRACKING
The shipping status of an order is available online by logging into the account used when the order was placed.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
At this time, we accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in the U.S. only. We regret that we are unable to ship to international addresses, APO addresses or PO boxes.

HOSPITAL DELIVERIES
Deliveries to hospital patients are not recommended. No refunds will be given for problems with these deliveries since their internal delivery system is out of our control.

SHIPPING GIFTS THAT INCLUDE CHOCOLATE
Gifts containing chocolates should be shipped overnight in warmer months or if shipped to warm climates.  Gifts containing chocolate are not shipped at the end of the week if they will be in transit during the weekend.
